Everything was brand-new. I had a very delightful experience. I stayed in a comfy, outstanding room with a whirlpool tub and refrigerator. My stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Rapid City Near Mt Rushmore was fantastic. Everything at the hotel was brand-new, including my room, which was both comfy and outstanding. I had a very delightful experience during my 4-night stay. I especially enjoyed having a whirlpool tub and a refrigerator in my room. I will definitely make this hotel my first choice again when I visit Rapid City.

We had a very pleasant stay in this brand-new hotel. The staff was very amiable, efficient, and everything was good! The breakfast had a lot of good food and drinks. The location was convenient and magnificent.

The breakfast here is good, and the location is excellent, right by the Mall, Walmart, the Interstate, and other attractions.

Check-in was quick, with staff knowledgeable about pool and breakfast policies. Comfortable beds, fun pool with water slide. Convenient location near gas and food options. Central for sight-seeing. Tons of plugs for technology, AC worked fabulously.

Bed too soft and concaved. Poor sleep.

The location here is comfortable and magnificent, just minutes away from a miniature golf course, sightseeing spots, and various restaurants and shopping opportunities.

The location of this hotel is fantastic - it's situated in a quiet area but still close to restaurants, shopping, Badlands National Park, and shopping centers. Plus, Hideaway Casino is just a short walk away. The room even has a hot tub for ultimate relaxation.

The front desk staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even providing warm cookies upon our arrival. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the hot tub was a relaxing treat. The $5.00 credit for opting out of housekeeping was a thoughtful gesture. Our room was comfortable and clean, providing all the basics for a good night's sleep and a refreshing shower. We were impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff throughout our stay. The complimentary hot breakfast was a great way to start our busy days. Despite being close to a highway, the room was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to rest undisturbed. we highly recommend this hotel for a great night's rest and excellent service.

The reception staff was helpful with questions I had regarding tourist destinations. Also was helpful when my daughter wasn't feeling well. The pool was a big hit with the kids, ages 9 and 12, especially the water slide!

Not as many good dining options nearby as I would have liked.

Loved our stay at the hotel and strongly recommend it to all. The room we booked was impeccable and well-equipped with computers for guest use and a whirlpool tub, as example as advertised.

Conveniently located near shopping and chain restaurants. Reliable and fast wifi throughout the stay.

Pool for kids

The room was worn completely out, desk chair broken, was suppose to have pull out in King room for child to sleep in, had extremely worn out small chair in its place, was nothing like what we are used to with this chain. We travel 6 or so times a year for leisure and like Hampton Inns but this one was a major disappointment, almost gross.

The stay was awesome.

The housekeeping could have made sure the bed was properly fitted in the bed frame. My nine year old put a big gash in her right mid calf, which required seven stitches. She got up off of the right side of the bed and was going to get her swimming attire on to go to the pool,when this incident occurred on 3/24/16,Wednesday evening, the second night of our stay.
